To create an account you must provide:

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

When using the Platform you agree to:

  • Abide by our Community Guidelines at all times
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information in your profile
  • Keep your login details confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must not:

  • Impersonate others or use another user’s account
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user

3. Content Upload & Intellectual Property

When you upload a game or asset:

  • You affirm you own or are licensed to use all included code, art, audio, and trademarks
  • You grant MGNIT Gaming Ltd a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to host, display, modify, and distribute your submission on the Platform
  • You acknowledge MGNIT Gaming Ltd controls all aspects of hosting and may remove or modify content at its discretion

You retain underlying ownership of your work but may not:

  • Extract, replicate, reverse-engineer, or incorporate another user’s content into your own games
  • Use the Platform to infringe third-party intellectual property rights

4. Playing & Accessing Games

Players may:

  • Access, play, and rate any publicly available games
  • Leave comments or feedback in accordance with Community Guidelines

Players must not:

  • Circumvent technical protections or cheat to gain unfair advantage
  • Distribute game files or assets outside the Platform without explicit permission from the original creator

5. Data Use & Privacy

We process your personal data in line with our Data Protection Policy. Key points include:

  • Collection of account details, gameplay logs, and security signals for fraud prevention
  • Use of anonymized analytics to improve Platform stability and user experience
  • Strict controls on data sharing—no sale of personal information to third parties

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or impair Platform functionality
  • Launch attacks (DDoS, spam, phishing) against the Platform or other users
  • Use bots or scripts to automate play, ratings, or comments

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Termination & Suspension

MGNIT Gaming Ltd may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach this Policy, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law
  • Engage in repeated or egregious misconduct

Upon termination:

  • Access to your account and uploaded content will cease
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all games are provided “as is.” MGNIT Gaming Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • User-generated content or interactions
  • Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from Platform use
  • Any indirect, special, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MGNIT Gaming Ltd and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Policy or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of England ,Scotland , Ireland and Wales. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect Platform changes or legal requirements. Revised versions take effect upon posting at mgnitgaming.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
