2.2 Prohibited Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Promotion of illegal activities (e.g., drug use, violence).
Malware, cheats, hacks, or tools enabling unfair play or platform abuse.
Unauthorized use of third-party IP, including trademarked characters, music, or artwork without express permission.

3. User-Generated Content Rights

By uploading a game or asset, you agree that MGNIT Gaming Ltd retains the right to host, display, modify, or remove your submission at our discretion. You represent and warrant that:

You own all rights to the uploaded content or have secured necessary licenses.
Your submission does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
You will not extract, replicate, or reuse any game content from other creators to produce derivative works.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

4.1 Reporting Violations

Use the “Report” button on any game, comment, or profile that violates these guidelines.
Provide clear details and, if possible, evidence (screenshots, URLs).

4.2 Moderation Actions

Warning: For minor or first-time infractions.
Content Removal: Immediate removal of any game or asset that breaches policy.
Account Suspension: Temporary loss of upload, comment, or login privileges.
Account Ban: Permanent removal from the platform for repeated or severe violations.

4.3 Appeals

If you believe a moderation action was unjust, contact info@mgnitgaming.com within 14 days.
Include your username, the action taken, and a brief justification for review.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

All user data is handled according to our Data Protection Policy and UK GDPR standards. MGNIT Gaming may use data to prevent fraud, detect criminal activity, and analyze site performance, but does not share personal information outside of lawful or contractual obligations.
